There are a lot of brands. There are also a lot of companies. Each are wanting to build up a clientele. You many feel overwhelmed by this. When I found this book, though I do not have a company, I know of people who want to have a great clientele that align with their vision and that can be hard to find. Economy and Business Studies have never been my two strong suits but I have found this book to be incredibly informative. I have learnt a lot about the importance of making your customer happy, and how to do so. It is great book for anyone in business, from small to large scale. I highly recommend it.
